What is Cultural Intelligence?

Cultural intelligence is the capability to work and relate effectively in culturally diverse environments. It is a critical skill for leaders, professionals, expatriates, and multicultural or global teams in today’s increasingly diverse workplaces. With desire and a growth plan, cultural intelligence is a skill that anyone can develop.

Where do you offer services?

We offer training and consulting services both online and in person. We’ve worked with clients from Bangladesh to California and South Africa to the Netherlands, and are happy to suit whatever format works best for our participants.

How long are your programs?

Our programs are custom-designed with the client according to a Needs Assessment. We offer anywhere from 1-hour introductory sessions to 6-month expatriate adjustment programs. Workshops are generally conducted over 4- or 6-hours.

In which languages do you offer services?

We conduct training in English and Turkish, and can offer services in languages such as Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Chinese, and more through our trusted partners.
